When the item is ready to ship, our team will contact you and schedule delivery for the week you are available.
A detailed video will be sent to you about the product specially produced for you and your approval will be requested for shipment. When you approve, the product shipment phase begins.
Delivery and installation of this product is free, installation is done as soon as the product is delivered.
If there is no freight elevator in the building and the product does not fit inside the building, if it is necessary to keep an elevator, the responsibility belongs to our customer. We recommend that you pay attention to the compatibility of the areas such as the door, stairwell, corridor, where the product will pass at the time of delivery, and the room where the product will be placed at the time of installation, with the product dimensions.
In case of a special situation or in cases where there is no one at the specified address and the delivery cannot be made, an extra shipping fee may be requested from you for the new transport organization.
